By creating a Finvesora account or otherwise accessing the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Finvesora is an educational research and analytics tool. It is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial planner, tax adviser, or fiduciary. Nothing on this platform constitutes a solicitation, recommendation, or offer to buy or sell any security or investment product.
All content produced by the platform — including AI-generated analyses, portfolio scores, risk metrics, and comparisons — is educational in nature. It reflects general reasoning based on the information you provide, and cannot account for your complete financial situation, tax status, or personal objectives. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, scrape, resell, or misuse the service. You will not use the platform to violate any law, to harass any person, or to infringe any third party's rights. Automated bulk requests to the AI provider are prohibited.
AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. The platform is instructed to refrain from fabricating specific figures, but you should treat all output as a starting point for your own research, not as a source of truth. We disclaim all liability for reliance on AI output.
You retain ownership of the data you enter — your portfolios, holdings, notes, and prompts. We do not claim rights over it. Because the data lives in your browser's local storage, we cannot recover it if lost.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice; existing subscribers keep their current price for one full billing cycle after any change.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Deletion is a hard delete — data is not recoverable.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Market data-related features are subject to third-party availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvestmentLens will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment returns, arising from or related to your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be surfaced inside the app before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
